Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Collabora AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Collabora AI is an AI-powered business analysis platform that identifies partnership opportunities, collaboration ideas, and potential business partners based on the information you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized reports and visualisations. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
4. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan provides a limited analysis report at no cost, including up to 3 partnership opportunities and a preview of the Opportunity Map. The Pro plan (€10 per report) unlocks the full analysis, including 8+ opportunities, strategic chains, priority matrix, risk assessment, recommended first moves, and PDF export. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Monobank. We do not store your card details. We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied with your Pro report. To request a refund, contact support@collabora.ai with your report token. After 24 hours from the time of payment, purchases are final and non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its underlying AI models, algorithms, software, design, and branding are owned by Collabora AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your submitted business information remains your property. By submitting information, you grant Collabora AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to generate your report. Generated reports are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or harmful business information; (b) resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports or Service access without permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations; (f) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR COMMERCIALLY VIABLE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLLABORA AI AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
